"Manners may prevail"

I've Emily on the brain this weekend:

Abraham to kill him/
Was distinctly told -
Isaac was an Urchin -
Abraham was old -
Not a hesitation -
Abraham complied -
Flattered by Obeisance
Tyranny demurred -
Isaac – to his Children
Lived to tell the tale -
Moral – with a Mastiff
Manners may prevail.

I hadn't seen this one before, E. Thanks for posting it. She knows how to punch it at the end in so many of those pieces. I think I'll read her tonight. - JSC

Thanks, Jason. I hope you did (read her last night). I'm just getting back into some of her work again.
